Where we ship

We ship inside the United States. Orders are packed by hand, usually within 2–3 business days, and shipped with USPS. You'll get an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout, and orders over the free-shipping amount ship free.

Local pickup

You can choose local pickup at checkout. We'll email you to set up a time. Pay-at-pickup reservations are held for a few days; if they aren't picked up in time, the squishies go back on the shelf.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or never shows up, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
