Squishies are toys that get squeezed, so we can only accept returns of unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first and we'll tell you where to send it.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it ships for a full refund.

Refunds

Card refunds go back to the card you paid with and can take 5–10 business days to show up. Pay-at-pickup orders are never charged until pickup.
